Requirements

• Education & Work Experience:
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any discipline)
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-time professional experience post-graduation (exceptions possible for outstanding leadership experience)
• English Proficiency:
  For non-native speakers or those without English-based work/study experience (minimum 3 years), proof of C1-level proficiency is required. Acceptable scores include:
  • IELTS ≥ 7.0
  • TOEFL ≥ 100
  • Cambridge C1 or TOEIC ≥ 950
• Admission Test:
  Submit a GMAT, GRE, TAGE MAGE, or equivalent test score. If unavailable, you may be required to take ESCP’s in-house admission test (SHL), administered during your interview session. ESCP evaluates applicants holistically—your academic background, leadership, international experience, and potential are considered in tandem.
• Curriculum Vitae (CV):
  Submit a one-page CV in English outlining your education, work history, extracurriculars, and leadership roles.
• Reference / Recommendation Letters:
  One professional reference — typically from a current or former supervisor — is required, attesting to your leadership, teamwork, and professional responsibilities.
• Motivation / Essays:
  Provide a personal motivation statement or essays that reflect your career goals, values, and international mindset. (The precise format may vary by year; your application portal will guide you.)
• Interview:
  Shortlisted candidates are invited to an interview, either on campus or online. This assesses motivation, leadership potential, and fit with ESCP’s multicultural environment.
