ISB MBA - Application Requirements

The ISB Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) is a one-year full-time MBA equivalent program designed for mid-career professionals with leadership potential and global business aspirations. All materials must be submitted via ISB’s online portal by your chosen deadline round.

  • Work Experience:
    Minimum 24 months full-time work experience by the start of the program is required. Applicants must detail roles, responsibilities, promotions, and project outcomes across their professional journey.
  • Essays
    ISB requires two mandatory essays and one optional essay to evaluate leadership ability, learning mindset, and fit with ISB’s culture:
    1. Leadership Essay (400 words): Personal leadership journey and aspirations
    2. Learning Approach Essay (400 words): Intellectual experiences shaping the MBA decision
    3. Optional Essay (250 words): Unique perspectives, contributions, or experiences (optional)
  • Recommendation Letter
    One professional recommendation from a current or recent supervisor who can assess your professional capabilities and leadership potential.
  • Interview
